Core booking terms.
These terms explain the status of a booking request and the main conditions shown on the public website.
Booking requests
Submitting the online or WhatsApp request does not by itself create a confirmed booking. The journey is confirmed only after written acceptance, final pricing and the required deposit.
Advance planning
Bookings should be made as far in advance as reasonably possible. Same-day requests may be submitted and remain subject to vehicle availability and written confirmation.
Pricing
Public rates are guides. Final pricing may reflect route changes, additional stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, public-holiday or night-time supplements, trailer requirements and other itinerary-specific extras.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required once a booking is accepted, unless different written arrangements are confirmed. Accepted payment methods and secure payment instructions are supplied with the booking confirmation.
Changes and cancellation
Any journey changes or cancellation conditions applicable to a confirmed booking will be communicated with the quotation or written confirmation.
